Hello.
I would like to share a paper disk template that is easy to use to check throttle linkage alignment. Just print the PDF in scale.
You will need scissors, piece of wire and clothes peg. Correct alignment procedure is described in service manual.
- Just cut the paper and bend it by mark.
- Remove return spring.
- Place the cutout on the flap shaft.
- Use peg to secure in place
- Bend the wire to 0 degree mark.
