Does anyone know the part number for the disintegrated bushing missing in the attached photos. I cannot find it in any of the on-line part diagrams. The hole in the bracket is 20mm. I’m thinking it is rubber (explaining its deterioration) to compensate for engine movement between the two ends, one end at the firewall and this end at the motor. The plastic sleeve then was a friction fit in the rubber part and the linkage rotated inside the sleeve.
